Property Manager
Are you an admin wiz who provides exceptional customer service? A career in property management provides an excellent entry into the property industry, with plenty of opportunity for career growth and development. About the role:
- Warm and welcoming customer service
- Proactively answer incoming calls
- Respond to customer email queries in a professional manner
- Manage a portfolio of clients and buildings, organising and actioning work for them
- Property inspections; ingoing, outgoing, and periodic
- Repairs and maintenance management
- Maintain rental arrears
- Administrative duties
About you:
- Customer service or administration experience
- Driven by helping our customers and being part of a positive team
- Organised with great time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional people skills and a customer-service focus
- A passion for making a difference
- A positive, go getter attitude
- Willing to complete required ACT Assistant-Agent Registration qualifications
- Drivers Licence
